PGR1 Application for Publications
PGR2A: Annual Progress Report to be completed by the student
PGR2B: Annual Progress Report to be completed by the supervisor(s)
PGR2C: Annual Progress Reports to be completed by the advisory supervisor(s)
PGR2D: Evaluation of Annual Progress Report
PGR3A: Application to Transfer to/Confirmation on the PhD Register
PGR3B: Report on Application to Transfer to/Confirmation on the Higher Register
PGR4A Notification of intention to submit a Thesis for Examination
PGR4B: Confirmation of General Suitability of Thesis for Submission
